The Religious Observance and Festivals Calendar is perhaps the best resource of I have come across during this unit! So incredibly useful and I’m particularly grateful that I found it while scheduling Y1 Fashion History and Theory’s timetable and my other cross-pathways projects for next academic year. I was able to avoid all the dates listed, not only in terms of submissions but all activities. If we don’t have to come to university on Christmas Day or Easter Monday, while do we have to on Yom Kippur or Eid al-Adha, say?

It’s also useful so I can wish happy festivities to the students that follow these festivals!

Not much else to say, other than I wish this country, or at least UAL, would celebrate all these festivals with bank holidays.
